TRANSFORMELLA, QUEEN OF DEBRIS

transformella, the Queen of Debris, is a figure that appears on the scene wearing a helmet displaying pictures, a coat made from baby-strollers and various other elements to lecture and instruct the audience present. After preparing the "students" with milk of various ingredients and introducing herself as a "communist with futurist zusatzausbildung", transformella illuminates the complex issue around industrial human reproduction, the self-replication of machines, liberal eugenics and the collective imaginations framing transhuman capitalism. After a tour de force with rubber, milk and latex-lotion, transformella arrives at a proposal on how to surpass the limitations of the family model and how to extract the emancipatory moments of capitalist technologial progress.
